UPDATED Planning Application approved for Corfe Mullen Affordable Housing

Following the two exhibitions held during 2015, East Boro Housing Trust has now submitted an outline planning application to develop land at the bottom of Pardy’s Hill. The land is proposed for development as a rural exception site and this will ensure that the housing developed will be prioritised for people that live in Corfe Mullen, allowing them to stay in the parish by offering a mix of social rent and affordable home ownership opportunities. The proposed development will offer two housing opportunities; Six houses for social rent and six houses to purchase at 75% of the market value of the property in perpetuity.

After the application, known as Pardy’s Hill, application number: 03/75/1151, has been registered by East Dorset District Council it can be viewed on their website: https://www.dorsetforyou.com/planning/east-dorset where comments can be submitted via the link.
